This asphalt paving project involved the removal of several landscaping islands. Each island must be excavated, filled with crushed concrete base materials, and then graded for pavement. The existing asphalt was milled and paved. The asphalt millings were hauled off of the site and recycled. Parking lot expansion also took place. The pavement improvements involved an asphalt roadway around to the back of the building. Alto construction furnished the required crushed concrete roadbase and installed the asphalt pavement.
