Equity Lifestyle Properties

Equity Lifestyle Properties is a leading owner and operator of mobile home park communities and RV resorts.  Over the course of three years, Alto has made numerous improvements to the asphalt streets in 12 of the listed communities per year based on the budgeted property improvements for the calendar year, size of the community, and urgency of the request.  Improvements consisted of Milling and Asphalt Paving designated streets and common areas or Overlay/Resurface of the Asphalt Paved streets or a combination of Asphalt Paving and Asphalt Sealcoating. Some projects included some ancillary items such as Concrete Sidewalk repairs and Concrete Curbs and ADA access. One property needed Concrete Pads for RV sites. For one community, we investigated the storm drainage to determine the drainage issues for future repairs.

During this time, Alto Construction has paved a cumulative square footage of 591,522 SF which would equal a little over 10 football fields with a total asphalt tonnage of 3,527 TNS.
