Pavement area was developed at the Aldi Store campus near Bruce B Downs Blvd.

The construction of a new Aldi Grocery Store near Bruce B Downs Blvd. required full site development. Alto was responsible for the land clearing, earthmoving, importation of base materials, grading, storm, water, sewer, concrete curb, sidewalk, and asphalt paving - which includes car stops, striping, and signage. This project demonstrates a complete site development package for a commercial/retail application. We are beyond proud to be a part of this impressive and successful construction.
