Founded and led by Stewart Smith, Alto Construction has grown from a handyman style operation to a leading civil site development contractor. For over 35 years, Alto Construction has proudly been serving Tampa Bay and Central Florida communities.
The Alto Construction leadership team of Stewart Smith, Chris Palamidis, Robert A. King and Steve Hunt, along with teams of project managers and field supervisors, have over 250 years of combined experience in the areas of site development, underground utilities, concrete, asphalt paving and signage.
