about this project

This site development project involved all of the typical scopes and challenges of civil construction: Land clearing, grass stripping, import fill, export unsuitable materials, site grading, underground utilities (storm, water, sewer, and fire), crushed concrete base, roadbase grading, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, curbs, and finally, striping & signage. All of these services are organized in-house and self-performed as much as possible. Our strengths as a site development contractor were on full display to complete this civil construction scope.
