A total of 20+ acres site development for an apartment complex in Temple Terrace, FL.

This site development construction project was completed in 2024. As the site contractor, Alto Construction performed the mass grading and earthmoving at the beginning of the project. Alto Construction also built the underground utilities, the stormwater pipe, water line construction, sewer line construction, and fire line construction. Alto construction delivered crushed concrete roadbase material to the jobsite. Because of our four crushed concrete recycling locations throughout Tampa area, we were able to ensure a timely supply and delivery of crushed concrete base material. Our grading crews installed the crushed concrete to the design elevations. As the sitework contractor, Alto Construction also built the concrete sidewalks and concrete curbs for the project. Alto Construction also furnished and installed the asphalt pavement in two lifts for this project. Our asphalt paving crews put down heavy duty asphalt & light duty asphalt pavement per the construction drawings.
