This Asphalt Paving project was roadwork on US-19 in South St. Petersburg, Florida. As a roadwork contractor, Alto Construction satisfied FDOT Asphalt Paving specs and installed FDOT Concrete. Alto Constructed handled the MOT to ensure a safe operation. The Project began with milling the existing asphalt pavement & removing the existing concrete turn lane medians. The asphalt milling was done with our in house milling machine. The asphalt millings were recycled at another asphalt paving jobsite. The Asphalt Paving Crew finished the FDOT Roadwork by putting down the asphalt. Afterwords, termporary striping was installed & finally, after another 15 days, the thermoplastic striping was put down which completed this FDOT Roadwork Asphalt Project.
